HCMC spends VND 1,300 bln for the poor on Tet
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has proposed the municipal People’s Committee to spend VND1,300 billion to support poor households and welfare beneficiaries on the upcoming Lunar New Year.
