Korea Pan Asia Group visits Dong 41 Memorial Monument and surveys agricultural investment in Tan Thanh

On May 29, the Korea Pan Asia Group (KPAG) visited Dong 41 Memorial Monument (MM), then surveyed and studied to invest the projects on agriculture and agricultural product consumption in Tan Thanh district, Long An province. The delegation was received and worked by Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Pham Van Canh.

Delegation offers incense at Dong 41 MM 

The delegation visited and offered incense at Dong 41 MM (in Tay Nam hamlet, Tan Hoa commune, Tan Thanh district). It is the place to acknowledge 41 people of Long An and Tien Giang provinces attacked and massacred by the South Korean commando army troops and 2 battalions of soldiers on June 19th 1967, including two pregnant women.

In addition, Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Pham Van Canh informed the delegation at the meeting about the province's socio-economic development, potentials, advantages and demands for investing projects on agriculture and agricultural product consumption in the province.

KPAG promised to return local to support in some fields, including helping people to use solar electricity.

Chairman of People's Committee of Tan Thanh district - Tran Van Truoc thanked KPAG for visiting and sharing some difficulties with the locality and hoped that the delegation would return to support in the near future./.
