Economic growth reached 9.41 percent, ensuring the 5-year average growth target of the Resolution of the Xth Congress of the Provincial Party Committee (from 9 to 9.5 percent); The economic structure continued to clearly shift in the right direction of the industry - trade and services - agriculture.

The breakthrough programs and key projects of the Resolution of the Xth Congress of the provincial Party Committee continued to be focused on implementing drastically and achieving positive results. The review of investment projects, the work of compensation, site clearance, support for large projects has been closely instructed and drastically implemented.
