Implementing the Document No. 9229/UBND-VHXH dated September 20, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on applying measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the province in the new situation; Document No. 9669/UBND-VHXH dated October 4, 2021 Provincial People's Committee on adjusting measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemic in the province in the new normal.
On the basis of the Covid-19 development in the province, which is basically under control, in order to synchronously implement solutions to effectively overcome the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, gradually recover and develop the economy, maintain the growth, create jobs, ensure social security for all people, while ensure epidemic prevention and control and ensure the political tasks of agencies and units, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee notify all citizens, agencies and organizations as follows:
Agencies are allowed to receive citizens, solve complaints and denunciations depending on the specific conditions of agencies and units, and may invite citizens to cooperate in handling applications according to the process, but they must ensure that epidemic prevention and control, ensure the progress of solving complaints and denunciations in accordance with the law during the time of gradually transferring to the "new normal". Implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to Document No. 9229/UBND-VHXH dated September 20, 2021; Document No. 9669/UBND-VHXH dated October 4, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Specific conditions: Citizens and relevant constituents as prescribed by law to come to the workplace and the place to receive citizens must satisfy the following requirements:
Strictly implement 5K (keep wearing mask – keep distance – keep medical declaration – keep disinfection – keep out of gathering into crowd).
Must be injected with at least 01 shot of Covid-19 vaccine (injected at least 14 days) signed and stamped by the issuing vaccination facility. Or a Covid-19 Treating Certificate within 6 months from the date of issuance of the certificate by a competent healthcare authority (can be confirmed through the Electronic Health Book application or the PC-COVID application).
Have a certificate of negative test result within 72 hours of taking testing sample.
Agencies are allowed to receive citizens, solve complaints and denunciations in a gathering less than 20 people per room (including employees and invitees).
This notice replaces the Notice No. 1634/TB-UBND dated May 31, 2021 and Notice No. 2018/TB-UBND dated June 30, 2021 of the Chairman of the People's Committee on the temporary suspension of directly receive citizens at headquarters and offices in the province./.
