According to information from the Provincial Command for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, as of October 24, the whole province recorded more than 34,200 cases of Covid-19, of which nearly 94 percent of cases have been cured. The number of community cases per 100,000 people per week has tended to decrease in the last 2 weeks.
Determining that vaccination is a top priority in the prevention and control of Covid-19, the province has drastically accelerated the implementation of vaccination, ensuring the right people, processes and regulations. As of October 24, the province had more than 1.4 million people aged 18 and older receiving the first injection, reaching over 100 percent and more than 1.2 million people injected the second shot, reaching over 84.5 percent. The province also plans to inject 1 shot of Covid-19 vaccine for the group aged from 3 to 17 years old.
At the meeting, localities discussed and gave opinions on the solution of F0 in communities and businesses; the return of students to school and the work of vaccination against Covid-19 in the near future.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc emphasized that the Covid-19 epidemic situation in the province is basically under control, but there is still a potential risk of infection in the community. Therefore, the development of scenarios, arrangement and rearrangement of facilities to collect and treat Covid-19 patients in the new situation is very necessary in the current period, to ensure savings and efficiency.
In the spirit of sharing and harmonizing interests, he also praised the company's companionship in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic in the past time. In the current situation, any enterprise that detects F0 should report it to the focal unit of the Chairman of the district-level People's Committee and jointly send it to the relevant departments and branches. Localities, departments and sectors must have support and guidance for enterprises to handle F0 timely and effectively.
Depending on the actual situation, the establishment of mobile medical stations in localities should focus on high-risk communes, wards and townlets, densely populated, laborers; prepare oxygen, drugs, and medical equipment to ensure the care and treatment of F0 from the facility.
In the return to in-person learning, depending on the vaccination schedule for students and the epidemic situation, it is expected to be organized for high school students first; then they will go to lower secondary schools and primary schools if the epidemic is well controlled; in the spirit of ensuring maximum safety for students' health; etc./.
