Long An: Four certificates of products of chain supplying safe food awarded
On November 27, the Long An Department of Cultivation, Plant Protection and Agricultural Product Quality Control held a conference to summarize the construction of a safe food supply chain model on safe vegetables, dragon fruits and mushrooms 2020.

Accordingly, in 2020, the Long An Department of Cultivation, Plant Protection and Agricultural Product Quality Control will build a model of a safe food supply chain on vegetable, dragon fruit and mushroom products at units such as Tan Kim Cooperative (Can Giuoc District), Thanh Nhan Abalone Mushroom Facility (Tan Thanh District), Long Chau Business Establishment and Thanh Phu Long Agriculture Cooperative (Chau Thanh District).
When these units participate in the model, they are supported with training on food safety management knowledge in the chain, combining product sampling to monitor food safety indicators, etc. In general, the units are boldly investing in automatic production lines with modern technology; paying attention to packing, logo printing, labels and identification stamps on each product.
In order for the model of clean food supply chain to be effective, in the coming time, the Long An Department of Cultivation, Plant Protection and Agricultural Product Quality Control will continue to develop and replicate the models of chain link; coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City to build and closely monitor the model of safe food supply chain; promote market access, trade promotion to find outlet for safe agricultural products that are controlled by chain.

At the conference, the Long An Department of Cultivation, Plant Protection and Agricultural Product Quality Control awarded certificates of products of chain supplying safe food to the model units. At the same time, VNPT Long An also gives electronic stamps of traceability and instructions to use the VNPT check traceability system to units with chain certificates./.
