Currently, the province has nearly 362,000 children under 16 years old, accounting for 21.35 percent, of which, children with special circumstances are over 3,000 children, accounting for 0.87 percent of the population; children at risk of falling into special circumstances are over 13,000 children, accounting for 3.61 percent, etc. Over the past years, the province has always paid attention to the child care and protection, this contributes to the physically and mentally equal development for children.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize for the whole delegation to Binh Hiep commune, the second prize for ward 3 and the third prize for Thanh Hung commune.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee also presented 120 gifts to extremely needy children, each gift is worth 500,000 VND including moon cakes, lanterns and cash./.
