Long An supports 5 billion VND and 50 tons of rice to people in Central region
Sharing the difficulties, losses of human, material and spiritual damage that the people of the central provinces are facing due to the effects of storms and floods in October, Long An province provided 5 billion VND and 50 tons of rice, helping people to overcome difficulties early and stabilize their lives.

Accordingly, implementing the policy of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of Long An province to support the people of 5 provinces of Thua Thien - Hue, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai; each province is 1 billion VND and 10 tons of rice.
The budget of 2.5 billion VND calls for all people to support the people of the Central region managed by the Vietnamese Fatherland Front and 2.5 billion VND from the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Control Fund managed by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
50 tons of rice were contributed by sponsors in the province, managed by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Long An province organizes a mission to directly hand over money and rice to the Party Committee, government and people of the above provinces./.
