Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council - Pham Van Ranh said that the Resolution of provincial Party Committee in 2019 in the first 6 months was implemented and achieved many positive results in all fields such as economy - society, defense – security. Political system has been built and changed well. The breakthrough program, the key project of the Xth provincial Party Congress was focused on implementing and step by step bringing positive effects. The work of building Party has been paid attention deeply.

Remarkably, GRDP's economic growth rate reached 9.89 percent, in which all 3 sectors grew well, the progress of budget collection was quite good, getting highest in the period from the beginning of the term to the present.

However, the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee in the first 6 months of the year still faces some difficulties and limitations such as compensation, site clearance and resettlement, although there are changes but it is still slow; state management of the real estate market, public land, urban order and environmental pollution control is still limited; security, social order and safety arise some urgent cases, and so on.
