Regarding industrial infrastructure, the Department focuses on monitoring, urging, supporting and creating conditions for industrial clusters (ICs) to complete their infrastructure and be eligible to receive secondary investors. Striving to have 2 more ICs come into operation in 2022. Regarding energy infrastructure, the Department continues to review, propose, urge and support to accelerate investment in power projects according to the allocation plan capital of the electricity industry. It strives to test and take over and energize one solar power plant with a capacity of 49 MWp (TTC Duc Hue 2) in 2022.

Regarding commercial infrastructure, the Department focuses on promoting and attracting investment in markets and supermarkets in the province. In particular, it focuses on inviting investors such as Go supermarket, Co.opMart in the area of districts, town and city. It strives to develop at least 10 more convenience stores by 2022 (San Ha, Co.opFood, Bach Hoa Xanh, Vinmart+, The Gioi Di Dong, Dien May Xanh, so on); attracts and invests in at least one logistics center project according to the approved planning.

In 2022, the Industry and Trade sector will focus on attracting and participating in investment promotion and development of the agricultural, forestry and fishery processing industry, reducing raw and preliminary processing, and increasing the proportion of processing agricultural products with high added value.
