In addition, Long An Employment Service Center is listing the list of industries, salaries and job positions in countries with labor recruitment needs. Long An Vocational College will coordinate with functional branches to prepare foreign language training for workers who want to participate in labor export; organize consultancy on labor export scheme for students. Vietnam Bank for Social Policies will prepare 6 billion VND to disburse loans for laborers participating in labor export.

Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa highly appreciated the efforts of the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector in preparing for the implementation of the Labor Export Project. He requested that the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector renovate the methods of labor recruitment counseling.

In particular, the sector should determine the recruitment needs of countries through trade unions about their occupations, job positions, salaries, and deploy to localities in the province; coordinate closely with other sectors, improve the responsibilities of each member of the Steering Committee at all levels. Long An Vocational College must both provide vocational training and foreign language training to have a source of skilled workers participating in labor export./.
