Reference exchange rate down 29 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for June 1 at 22,566 VND/USD, down 29 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,243 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,889 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks continued to fall compared to May 31.
Vietcombank reduced both rates by 30 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,765 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,835 VND/USD.
BIDV also listed its rates at 22,765 VND/USD (buying) and 22,835 VND/USD (selling), both down 25 VND.
Meanwhile, Techcombank offered the buying rate at 22,745 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 22,845 VND/USD, down 20 VND in both rates./.
