However, currently, the biggest difficulty in implementing key projects in Ben Luc district is related to the site clearance project to create a clean land fund for resettlement on Provincial Road 830E and urban town in Thanh Phu commune when 136 households have not yet agreed to register to receive compensation, with the amount of nearly 605 billion VND on an area of 38.81 hectares (pink locations highlight households who have received compensation)

Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc requests Ben Luc district People's Committee to focus on coordinating with the Provincial Center for Land Fund Development and Natural Resources and Environmental Services to speed up the compensation progress of site clearance to create a clean land fund to arrange resettlement on Provincial Road 830E and urban development in Thanh Phu commune; urgently invest in building a resettlement area to prepare for relocation and arrange resettlement for households affected by Provincial Road 830E project and Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project; hand over the site on schedule

Regarding the key project Provincial Road 830E, according to Director of Department of Transport - Dang Hoang Tuan, although the project is scheduled to complete in March 2025, until now the People's Committee of Ben Luc district has just handed it over to the contractor to construct 1.2/4.5km. 148 households have not agreed to receive money, with a total cost of 329.4 billion VND/area of 6.37 hectares and some households have received money but have not yet relocated as waiting for resettlement plots. With the current site clearance progress, Provincial Road 830E project cannot be completed as planned

Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc suggests that Ben Luc district need to focus on well implementing site clearance work, especially for the Provincial Road 830E project; create clean land fund to arrange resettlement on Provincial Road 830E and urban development in Thanh Phu commune, especially the resettlement area; strengthen coordination between the district and departments, especially the Provincial Center for Land Fund Development and Natural Resources and Environmental Services to speed up the progress of site clearance and handover of site to the construction unit. He also requests that the Provincial People's Committee regularly direct provincial departments and branches to continue monitoring, supervising, urging and inspecting traffic projects in the district and in particular, promptly reviewing and removing difficulties so that projects can be completed soon and promote efficiency.​
