The project of commercial - entertainment - service complex urban area in the center of Tan Tru Market, which has been invested by Thang Loi Real Estate Joint Stock Company, is located in the center of Tan Tru townlet, with a very convenient location and trade. The integrated project is developed under the model of central cities in the world.

The project consists of 2 construction phases with an area of 1.1 hectares with a total investment value of over 115 billion VND. Currently, phase 1 has been completed and put into operation. Tan Tru Market Trade Center has a scale of 4,000 square meters. The market consists of 82 kiosks, 84 stalls that are divided to be suitable to the needs of the small business, fully equipped with electricity, water, fire protection and food safety.

Phase 2 is to build the blocs of commercial housing centers under construction with a scale of 28 shophouses designed in European neoclassical style, townhouses with 1 ground floor 3 floors, area from 280 square meters to 350 square meters for small businesses, families to combine both living and doing business. Phase 2 is expected to be completed in April 2021.
