Thai Consul General to HCMC pays courtesy visit to Long An leaders

Ms. Ureerat Ratanaprukse expressed her gratitude to the leaders of the province for promoting favorable conditions as well as implementing many policies to support the operating businesses from Thailand in the province.

At the meeting, she promised to continue supporting and promoting the friendship and cooperation relations between Long An and Thailand in a number of fields that have been carried out during the past years such as export and import of goods and services, cultural exchange, education, and tourism, etc.

Mr. Pham Van Ranh hoped that Ms.Ureerat Ratanaprukse will continue to be the bridge to develop the long-term and deep cooperation between the two countries, enterprises in general, Thailand  and Long An province in particular in the future.

To date, Long An has attracted investment from 37 countries and territories cross over the world. With 22 business projects, Thailand is in the top 10 largest countries and territories in investment value in the province worth nearly US$300 million./.
