Thousands of visitors flock to Long An on Tet Lunar New Year
During the long day Tet Lunar New Year, Long An has launched many activities, programs attracting 50 thousands of visitors, double increase against the last year.
Tan Lap floating village received around 1,000 visitors
Long An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said from February 14 to 20 (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month till the fifth day of lunar New Year), about 500 international visitors toured to Long An, an increase of 42 percent compared to the same period of last year. The revenue reached VND 20billion, doubling compared to last year.
Spring Flower Street in Tan An city attracted more visitors than others
On the second to the fifth day of lunar New Year, Phuoc Loc Tho Sports Culture area served about 250 visitors per day and Tan Lap floating village received around 1,000 visitors. 9,000 visitors travelled to historical, cultural sites and Long An Monument Park…
The department launched many sport, cultural activities such as art photo exhibition, flower spring festival…of these, Spring Flower Street in Tan An city attracted more visitors than others.
