Agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 2.17 percent; industry and construction increased by 14.65 percent; and trade and services sector increased by 7.5 percent.

Breakthrough programs and key projects of the Resolution of the Xth Provincial Party Congress have been drastically implemented, achieving many positive results. National target program for rural construction has been implemented on schedule. The review of compensation projects, site clearance, investment attraction and support for major projects have been focused.

The provincial People's Committee will submit proposals to issue a resolution on credit support policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas; policies to link agricultural production and consumption as well as plan to allocate medium-term reserve fund 2016-2020 of the National target program on new-style rural area building.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the boards of the provincial People's Council note and explain the issues of the provincial People's Council delegates.
