The 16th session had 3 important contents that the provincial People's Council will consider and decide the personnel work according to its competence; decide on a number of urgent and important socio-economic issues; conduct thematic monitoring at the meeting on the settlement of complaints and denunciations in the province.

Under the program, the provincial People's Council will elect an additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and a Member of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016 - 2021; at the same time, dismiss the title of Member of the Provincial People's Committee for the term of 2016 - 2021 for some comrades retiring and transferring their jobs.
