Long An: 243 residential, resettlement and urban projects approved for investment policy

Currently, in Long An province, there are 243 residential, resettlement and urban projects with an area of nearly 7,000 hectares that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

In particular, Thu Thua district has 10 projects, Ben Luc district has 48 projects, Duc Hoa district has 91 projects, Can Giuoc district has 49 projects, Can Duoc district has 17 projects, Chau Thanh district has 1 project, Tan Tru district has 1 project, Tan Thanh district has 3 projects project, Vinh Hung district has 1 project, Kien Tuong town has 4 projects, Tan An city has 18 projects.

Acting Director of Construction Department - Nguyen Minh Hung said that most recently, in March 2020, the Department of Construction hosted and coordinated with departments, branches and localities to review and update the progress of projects of residential and resettlement areas in the province.

Accordingly, 85 projects have been completed and basically completed construction of technical infrastructure.

In addition, according to the Department of Construction, there are 59 projects with an area of nearly 41,000 hectares located in such districts as Duc Hoa, Can Giuoc, Ben Luc, Can Duoc, Thu Thua, Kien Tuong town, and Tan An city. The province agreed for the survey and planning./.
