About 98.5 percent of employees have returned to work after Tet holidays
According to Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Long An province - Nguyen Dai Tanh, up to now, employees returning to work have reached 98.5 percent. The percentage of the employees changing their jobs after Tet decreased. This is a positive result because the businesses pay attention and ensure thorough salary and bonus for their employees, actively contributing to stabilizing the labor market.
Besides, the national economic situation in general and Long An province in particular is tending to recover well but there are still many difficulties. Therefore, employees expect to have a stable job because it is not easy to change jobs.
Currently, most businesses have come into operation and stabilized their production. Especially, in 2020, according to the forecasts of experts, Vietnam's economy will improve, demand for goods consumption also will increase. Therefore, from the beginning of the year, the recruitment demand of the businesses in the province was quite high.
