Long An College and ESUHAI Co., Ltd. sign comprehensive cooperation
On July 28, Long An College and ESUHAI Co., Ltd. (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City) held a Signing Ceremony of Comprehensive Cooperation on vocational training, Japanese language, skills, working style and introduction about domestic and foreign jobs to workers. Signing comprehensive cooperation
The purpose is to connect students and graduates in the province's vocational education system with the opportunity to come to Japan to work, learn and improve their professional and foreign language skills; create jobs, increase income; training high-quality human resources to meet the 4.0 technology revolution
Collaborative programs include training for work-oriented people in Japan; accompanying foreign language and professional training, graduation orientation in Japan; Japanese language training at work; additional training courses for final year students wishing to practice 1 year in Japan; Kaigo short-term vocational training (Nurse - Nurse’s aid) to meet recruitment requirements; job placement in the country; Short-term skill training course. In addition, the contract also specifies the tuition fee, exemption and reduction policy, time and number of lessons for each joint training program.
In order to create favorable conditions for the two sides to cooperate, Long An College also facilitated ESUHAI Co., Ltd. to set up the Japan Job and Cultural Coordination Center. In particular, Long An College is responsible for providing facilities for the Center to operate well, while ESUHAI Co., Ltd. is responsible for designing, repairing and renovating classrooms and offices to ensure the aesthetic and meet the program requirements Contract term of 5 years.
