Long An: Plan prepared to prevent and control Covid-19 for High School Graduation Exam 2020
Vice Chairman of Long An People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut, Head of the Steering Committee for the High School Graduation Exam 2020 directed in the examination preparation for organizing the high school graduation exam at the exam sites in the province in Kien Tuong town and Tan Thanh district on July 27.

Representatives of Kien Tuong town leaders, Tan Thanh district, Kien Tuong High school (in Kien Tuong town), Tan Thanh High school, Hau Thanh Dong Secondary & High school (in Tan Thanh district) reported to the delegation about the preparation for high school graduation exam at the localities and the schools. Accordingly, the localities and schools all have plans and measures for organizing exams in accordance with regulations.
Specifically, the schools have strengthened revision for students; ensured the facilities at the test site, especially the number of exam rooms and equipment for the exam; safety options at the test sites; support for the exam season; etc. The localities have also closely followed and directed the examination sites and related branches to have good plans and measures for the upcoming exam.
Currently, Kien Tuong High School continues to strengthen revision for students, especially students with weak average academic performance; also coordinates with parents to remind the students to learn during this important period. In addition, the school maintains school meetings to encourage students to study, remind the exam schedule, test rules for them to grasp carefully.
Tan Thanh High School has a plan to prevent and combat Covid-19. Accordingly, the school focused on cleaning the classroom; students are reminded to wear masks and washes their hands often, etc.
Hau Thanh Dong Secondary & High School arranges a lunch room for students, plans to transport students without transportation on the test days, has solutions to support students in difficult circumstances, etc.
During the meeting, Director of the Department of Education and Training - Nguyen Thanh Tiep said: "The situation of the Covid-19 epidemic is complicated and the schools must have plans to prevent it. Besides the spare exam room, the exam sites must be arranged with additional exam rooms. Accordingly, the Department will have a plan to arrange more examiners at exam locations. "

In particular, schools focus on reviewing students, especially the weak average students, to help them have enough knowledge to successfully participate in the upcoming important exam./.
