Long An provincial leader works with Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences

Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Tran Van Can requests the Graduate Academy to pay attention and soon open classes specialized in school education psychology

Vice President of the Vietnam Academy cum Director of Graduate Academy of Social Sciences - Professor and PhD. Pham Van Duc said that the Graduate Academy of Social Sciences is a scientific research agency. This is the only educational institution in the country that only trains at the master and doctoral levels in social sciences.

With the proposal of the Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, Professor and PhD. Pham Van Duc said that the Graduate Academy will soon expedite the necessary procedures to open a class specialized in school education psychology and start the class in September 2019. Specialized classes at Long An's request continue to be opened soon after that. In addition, the Graduate Academy also wants to open many training and retraining classes for cadres, civil servants and officers in other majors and doing research in scientific and technological fields of the province.

Over the past time, the training and improvement of the quality of human resources has been paid attention to by the province. In the period of 2016-2018, Long An trained nearly 700 masters and 5 doctors in majors suitable to the job position./.
