Long An Provincial Tax Department informs about new tax policies for taxpayers

The new tax policies consist of the electronic tax service (eTax) system that will be applied from November 25, 2019; some new issues of the Tax Administration Law No.38/2019/QH14 that will take effect on July 01, 2020; new issues on e-invoices according to the Ministry of Finance's Circular No.68/2019/TT-BCT; draft National Assembly Resolution on freezing tax arrears, eliminating fines for late payment of taxpayers who are no longer able to pay the State budget.

Speaking at the conference on information about new tax policies for businesses in Tan An city, Can Duoc, Chau Thanh, Thu Thua, Tan Tru, Duc Hue, Thanh Hoa, Tan Thanh, Moc Hoa, Vinh Hung, Tan Hung districts and Kien Tuong town on November 08, Director of Long An Provincial Tax Department - Cao Van Tao asked businesses to coordinate with the tax sector to implement tax administrative reform as well as fully participate in electronic tax services to reduce the time to fulfill tax obligations for taxpayers./.
