The coordination between departments and sectors in training human resource to support cooperatives and cooperative groups has not achieved high efficiency.

By the end of 2018, the province will strive to have 7,500 hectares of high-tech rice production, 1,000 hectares of vegetables, 1,200 hectares of dragon fruit and 6 models for breeding beeves; focusing on establishing 13 pilot high-tech cooperatives and a 4.0 technology model in vegetable farming.
