Agricultural sector strives to achieve growth target of 1.5 percent in 2018
The Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Long An province - Le Van Hoang required the sub-ordinate units to make greater efforts in order to achieve the growth rate of 1.5% and fulfill 93 assigned tasks while chairing a meeting in implementing its key tasks of the year, on February 27.

Mr. Le Van Hoang required the sub-ordinate units to make greater efforts in order to achieve the growth rate of 1.5% and fulfill 93 assigned tasks
Mr. Hoang asked relevant agencies to focus on implementing high-tech application in agriculture; coordinate with local authorities to establish at least one to two cooperatives per district; set up a chain of safe food stores as well as manage the quality of seedlings and agricultural materials.
At the same time, he also requested the officials and employees of the departments to take the initiative in carrying out their tasks, not shifting the responsibility onto others and follow strict regulations./.
