Long An, Tay Ninh leaders extends Chol Chnam Thmay greetings in Cambodia

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister – Men Som On (C) received the delegation of Long An and Tay Ninh provinces

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister – Men Som On and Governor of Svay Rieng province - Men Vibol received the delegation.

On behalf of the delegation of Long An and Tay Ninh provinces, Deputy Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Tran Van Can expressed his joy at the socio-economic achievements of Svay Rieng province. On the occasion of  Cambodian traditional New Year Festival, he wished authority and people of Svay Rieng province a happy and prosperous new year.

Ms.Men Som On sincerely thanked to leaders of the two provinces in helping Svay Rieng province in many fields and believed that Vietnam and Cambodia will implement more effectively policies and comprehensive cooperation agreements between the two countries.

For his part, Mr.Men Vibol affirmed that Svay Rieng province will create favorable conditions for Long An and Tay Ninh to build the shared borderline of peace, friendship and cooperation for mutual development.

On the same day, delegation of Long An province offered incense to commemorate at the statue of Martyrs, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Van Ngo. He sacrificed in 1979 at the Cambodian battlefield while dismantling bombs to save local people./.
