The complex is expected to have an area of over 150 hectares, including the following works such as a shopping center, an entertainment area for all ages, a resort villa, a resort including ecological farmstay, a golf course, a golf-practising course, etc.

After the second meeting, the departments, branches and localities introduced and guided companies to survey the actual location to propose the project implementation in the districts of Ben Luc, Thu Thua and Duc Hoa.

During the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and investment promotion for the project, the investor suggested that the complex should be located near Ho Chi Minh City, which is convenient for attracting visitors. The model investors target is a complex shopping mall that serves both family and weekend experiences and services. That will be the place where people in Ho Chi Minh City go to have fun and shop at the weekend. The project is expected to be effective in the next 5-10 years.
