Of which, domestic revenue reached 16,519 billion VND, reaching 94.2% of the central budget estimate, 93.3% of the provincial People's Council's estimate, increased 44.7% over the same period; revenue from export and import reached 3,012 billion VND, reaching 86.4% of the central budget estimate and the provincial People's Council's budget estimate, increased 32.6% over the same period.

The balance revenue (total revenue minus land use fees and lottery tickets) is 9,910 billion VND, reaching 80.3% of the central budget estimate, 79.2% of the provincial People's Council's estimate, increased 18.1% over the same period in 2023.

If compared to the average collection progress of at least 75%, the total state budget revenue, domestic revenue, balance revenue including revenue according to budget decentralization all reached and exceeded the average collection progress, compared to the same period.

To complete the socio-economic tasks in 2024, the Department of Finance proposed to continue to closely follow Directive No. 215, dated January 19, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the implementation, management and administration of the state budget estimate for 2024 in the province.
