Ward 2 Park, Tan An City (phase 2) is one of the three key projects proposed by the XIth Party Congress of Tan An City, term 2020 - 2025. This is also the second key project that the city started construction after the Bao Dinh river embankment (the section from Bao Dinh sluice to through the culvert at the beginning of the Ring canal).
Ward 2 Park, Tan An City (phase 2) was built on an area of 1.4 hectares, with a total investment of over 256.4 billion VND from the provincial and city budget. The work is expected to be completed in July 2022.
The project includes the following items: Road system, public lighting system, surface water drainage system, park trees, etc.
The completed work contributes to urban embellishment, enhancement of green areas, protection of the ecological environment, improvement of air quality in Tan An city towards a civilized, green - clean - beautiful urban; contribute to completing the criteria for urban centers of grade I by 2025.
At the same time, together with the Ward 2 Park (phase 1), it will create a highlight axis on the landscape and urban architectural space of Tan An City.
The project was built on an area of 1.4 hectares, including a system of roads, public lighting, surface water drainage, park trees, etc.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan An City - Nguyen Quang Thai praised the sense of responsibility of the households in the project area for complying with the policy, voluntarily handing over the premises ahead of time to the investor and the construction unit implementing the project.
He also suggested that the investor and the construction unit, the related units closely coordinate, focus on the construction of the project to ensure the planned schedule.
At the same time, investors, construction, design, supervision consultants, so on need to comply with regulations on construction investment order and procedures, standards, processes and technical regulations to carry out the construction work on schedule and to ensure quality.
Regularly monitor, check and promptly solve problems arising in the construction process; ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation in order to minimize the impact on the living environment of people in the area./.
