Acting Chairman of Duc Hoa District People's Committee - Le Thanh Phong reported on the progress of 3 projects including: Loc Giang Industrial Park; Provincial roads 830D and 822B.

Accordingly, the Loc Giang Industrial Park project, with a total clean land area of 466 hectares, has currently been checked 100% of the project; also, the unit price has been approved. In the coming time, the district will assign the District Construction Investment Project Management Board to apply the proposed price through the compensation plan.

In addition, the north of Loc Giang Industrial Park is adjacent to Provincial road 823C, connecting with Provincial road 821 to Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province. Currently, the District People's Committee is implementing procedures to adjust the planning of the residential area project outside adjacent to Provincial road 823C to ensure traffic connection with Provincial road 821.

Meanwhile, in the south of this Industrial Park, according to the land use planning of Duc Hoa district approved by Provincial People's Committee, there is a planned road connecting the Industrial Park with Provincial road 822. This route is in the list of land use plans for 2024. The District People's Committee has reviewed capital sources and implemented the order and procedures to invest in connecting roads.

The Provincial road 823D project and the urban axis surrounding Provincial road 823D (106 hectares) through Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Duc Hoa Thuong commune, Duc Hoa Dong commune, Duc Hoa town have a length of 14.27km, clearance area of 105.79 hectares; There are 1,293 affected households and 5 affected organizations. Currently, the district has paid compensation to 1,266/1,293 households and 1/5 organizations, with an amount of more than 3,253 billion VND.

The remaining 27 households, with an area of more than 30,167m2, an amount of more than 109 billion VND, have not received compensation (1 household in Hoa Khanh Dong commune; 8 households in Duc Hoa Thuong commune; 10 households in Duc Hoa town and 8 households in Duc Hoa Dong commune), has now organized the handover of land along the route, reaching 100% but there are still some unhanded plots left because they have not received compensation.

As for the Provincial road 822B project, which has a total clearance area of more than 210,000 square meters, there are 199 households and 3 organizations affected. The work of counting land and assets on land reached 100% and compensation was paid to 186 households and 3 organizations, with an area of 195,857m², an amount of more than 176 billion VND (13 households, with an area of 14,174 m2, an amount of nearly 15 billion VND, has not yet received compensation).

After listening to the report and inspecting the reality at the Loc Giang Industrial Park project, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc requested Duc Hoa district to quickly resolve households that have not received compensation, so that the project can be completed as planned. Particularly for the Loc Giang Industrial Park project, the Secretary directed departments, branches and localities to speed up progress and soon allocate land to high-tech investors.

Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut requested departments, branches and localities to immediately overcome problems affecting the construction progress, so that the above projects can soon be put into operation and handed to investors./.
