Secretary of Provincial Party Committee - Pham Van Ranh presented 20 gifts to needy families, each worth 1 million VND. At the same time, he presented 150 gifts including moon cakes, lanterns and 200,000 VND in cash to needy students of 3 communes of Hoa Khanh Dong, Hoa Khanh Tay and Hoa Khanh Nam.
