Comrade Truong Van Bang is a staunch revolutionary with indomitable spirit, keeping the loyal will to the Fatherland, having many merits for exploiting for the revolutionary cause in Long An, Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast region, a loyal party member, persistently working for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, and a revolutionary, a talented military officer of the Southeast region.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Mot is a typical example of the tradition of "heroic, indomitable, loyal and courageous" of Vietnamese women. She is also a steadfast communist who keeps her temper and has a heart for the Party and the Fatherland, participated in continuous combat throughout the area of Can Giuoc, the Southeast. Even though she was imprisoned and tortured for 15 years by the enemy (from 1959 to 1974), she still had a loyal heart to the Party, the revolution, the People, always keeping the oath of allegiance to the Party, ready to fight, to sacrifice for the independence of the Fatherland.
