Tan An City receives people's opinion on new-style rural construction

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan An City - Huynh Van Nhin asked people distributing survey form to work objectively and accurately to help the city complete the task of new-style rural construction.

The collection of ideas aims at grasping the thoughts and aspirations, promoting the people’s subjective role in the NRC; improving the role and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and socio-political organizations at all levels in mobilizing and supervising the city’s NRC.

The time for collecting comments is from August 28 to September 12. Accordingly, more than 27,400 ballot-papers were distributed to households of 83 hamlets and urban areas in 14 communes and wards.

Head of Fronts of hamlet, neighborhoods, residential areas, etc. in the city hosts and coordinates heads of hamlets, sub-associations, unions, and so on to deliver survey forms and guide how to fill them to the households.

The content of the survey form focused on planning; road system; electricity and water; people's health care; school facilities; administrative reform, the situation of security and order, etc. and especially whether the evaluation criteria are satisfied with the results of NRC of the city or not? The results of the comments will be summarized and sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

After that, the localities will post up the results of public opinion satisfaction at the hamlet cultural houses, neighborhoods, residential areas; at the same time, the results on the loudspeakers of the communes and wards are notified for people to monitor.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan An City - Huynh Van Nhin said that this was an important task for the city to have a proposal to recognize the completion of the NRC task. Therefore, he asked those who were assigned the responsibility to conduct surveys, collect opinions on people's opinion to understand the criteria, understand the purpose and meaning to answer people's questions and help the city to complete the assigned tasks./.
