In particular, many difficulties and obstacles related to transport in agricultural production were also promptly removed. Accordingly, agricultural and aquaculture producers and means of purchasing and transporting agricultural and aquatic products, supplying inputs for agricultural production and aquaculture are allowed to travel in the province, but must strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures during circulation and make medical declaration before starting the journey.

For units transporting goods by car in the province, they must apply for a certificate identifying priority vehicles. Particularly, the employees participating in agricultural production must have a certificate from the commune-level government to be allowed to move to the area to perform the their work.
“Currently, the Department also recommends that localities when carrying out inspections at Covid-19 epidemic control stations and checkpoints in the province do not check for vehicles having identification papers with a valid QR code issued by the Department of Transport. Up to now, the Department has issued 3,255 QR codes to identify vehicles on the "green channel" of priority transport for vehicles transporting goods, workers and experts to be able to travel smoothly during the implementation of social distancing in association under Directive 16.
