Vietjet opens sales for Phu Quoc – Hong Kong (China) route

Vietnamese budget carrier Vietjet has begun to sell tickets on the new air route connecting Phu Quoc Island in Kien Giang province and Hong Kong (China).

The route will have four return flights per week from April 19, 2019 and is expected to promote transportation, tourism, and trade and cultural exchange between Vietnam’s famous tourism site and one of the leading financial and trade centres in Asia.

The flight time is estimated at two hours and 45 minutes per leg. The flights will depart from Phu Quoc at 10:50 and arrive in Hong Kong (China) at 14:35 (local time). The return flight will take off from Hong Kong (China) at 15:40 (local time) and land in Phu Quoc at 17:25.

With 40 domestic and 66 international air routes, Vietjet operates safe flights with a technical reliability rate of 99.64%, the highest rate in the Asia Pacific region./.
