16th session of IXth Long An Provincial People's Council approves 22 resolutions on socio-economy

22 resolutions were approved at the session:

(1) Resolution on the detailed assignment of medium-term public investment plan for the central budget in the 2016 - 2020 period and 2019 for projects on the expansion and upgrading of Vietnam's urban area - Tan An City sub-project, the 2^nd phase of secondary education development program of the province (Binh Phong Thanh Secondary and High School, Phuoc Vinh Dong Secondary School, Hung Dien B Secondary and High School), and Vietnam sustainable agricultural transformation (VnSAT).

(2) Resolution on approving the public investment plan in 2020

(3) Resolution on approving the investment policy of Thu Thua district Culture, Sports and Children Center project

(4) Resolution on approving the adjustment to increase total investment of Vietnam urban upgrading project - Tan An city sub-project, Long An province (Tan An city ring road clearance sub-project)

(5) Resolution on the investment policy of the project to purchase equipment for schools that registered to meet the National standards in 2020

(6) Resolution on the investment policy of the project to promote the application of information technology in schools and in education management innovation in 2020

(7) Resolution on adjusting supplementary capital from the Central budget to implement the National target program on new-style rural area building in 2019 of the Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND dated March 12, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council

 (8) Resolution on the investment policy of rural water supply program planned for 2020 from the lottery capital

(9) Resolution on the investment policy of rural water supply program to complete criterion No. 17.1 of the new rural commune planned in 2020 from the capital of the National target program on new-style rural area building

(10) Resolution on adjusting the allocation of vegetable production areas with high technology application in Appendix 2 issued together with Resolution No. 254/2016/NQ-HDND dated April 26, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council on approving the projects on developing hi-tech applications in association with restructuring agriculture.

(11) Resolution on reciprocal capital support for cooperatives participating in Vietnam sustainable agriculture transformation (Vnsat) project in Long An province.

(12) Resolution on the policy of changing forest use purposes in the province

(13) Resolution on approving the list of projects that change the purpose of using rice land to other purposes and the list of projects requiring land acquisition in 2019 of the province.

(14) Resolution on adjusting the appendix of Resolution No. 240/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2015 of the Provincial People's Council on the approval of the list of works and projects requiring land recovery and the State budget capital allocated for compensation and site clearance in the province in 2016

(15) Resolution on the planning of the main axis connecting Ho Chi Minh City - Tien Giang - Long An

(16) Resolution on approving the adjustment of construction planning scheme of 1/2000 scale of Cau Tram Industrial Park, Long Trach commune, Can Duoc district

(17) Resolution on approving the adjustment of construction planning scheme of 1/2000 scale of Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park expansion, Duc Hoa Dong commune, Duc Hoa district

(18) Resolution on some spending contents, spending levels in the use of funding to ensure traffic order and safety in Long An province

(19) Resolution on amending and supplementing Clause 3, Section IV, Appendix A on fees and rates (%) retained from fee collection in Long An province, issued together with Resolution No.36/2016/NQ-HĐND dated 07/12/2016 of the provincial People's Council

(20) Resolution on repeal Resolution No.50/2007/NQ-HDND dated July 9, 2007 of the Provincial People's Council on the temporary allowance for teachers, nurses and doctors who are assigned to be managers of the Education and Health sectors in the province

(21) Resolution on approving the policy of arranging communal administrative units in the province
