According to Director of the Department of Health - Huynh Minh Phuc, the Health sector continues to implement the directives according to Urgent Official Letter 9472/BYT-MT, dated November 8, 2021 of the Ministry of Health on the implementation of Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP, dated October 11, 2021, of the Government's provisional regulations on safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Accordingly, the sector proactively regularly assesses the level of the epidemic at each level to take appropriate medical and administrative measures, and publish and update the assessment results on the website of the Provincial People's Committee and the Portal of Ministry of Health. Production and trade establishments, business and service establishments, trade centers, supermarkets, agencies and offices also strictly conduct self-organization of SARS-CoV-2 testing for employees in order to prevent and control epidemic effectively in the current situation.

In addition, the Department has just issued Official Letter 8236/SYT-NV, dated November 22, 2021, providing temporary guidance on the process of receiving, managing and treating the Covid-19 infectious people at home.

It is known that the Provincial Labor Confederation and the Department of Health have just made an interdisciplinary plan to establish "mobile medical stations in industrial parks and clusters (IPs, ICs)" in the province to carry out the Covid-19 prevention and control; strive to establish at least 1 "mobile medical station in each IP,IC".

Firstly, in 2021, pilot three "mobile medical stations in the IPs, ICs" were established in three IPs with a large number of workers, including Tan Duc IP (Duc Hoa District), Thuan Dao IP (Ben Luc District) and Long Hau IP industrial Park (Can Giuoc District). The establishment of these mobile medical stations aims to promote the role of trade unions and workers with the spirit of "every enterprise is as a fortress, each worker is as a soldier"; at the same time, they contribute to the more effective implementation of the Covid-19 prevention and control in the area.

Currently, the province has basically controlled the Covid-19 epidemic, however, the epidemic risk is always present, there are also community cases and in businesses in the province. In addition, over the past time, although the coverage rate of the second shot of vaccine among people over 18 years old in the province is quite high (nearly 97 percent as of November 24, 2021), there are still new cases. This shows that there is still the possibility of being infected the epidemic and spreading it to others even with enough vaccinations, while reducing symptoms and limiting the severity of the condition.

Although some convenience stores stick QR codes at the entrance and exit areas, people are also negligent and do not pay attention to medical declaration, these units also do not have staff to remind customers. Restaurants, especially food stalls, coffee shops, pubs, so on are crowded with people, sitting close together. Spontaneous markets have not been thoroughly handled, shoppers illegally park their cars on the streets and sidewalks, crowded with potential risks of Covid-19 infection as well as do not ensure food safety and environmental hygiene and beauty.

Therefore, at the meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on November 4, 2021, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc emphasized the need to strengthen the inspection of food service business, karaoke, supermarket, etc.; strictly handle the situation of spontaneous markets, sidewalk food stalls, so on with potential risk of epidemic.

Accordingly, localities and functional agencies focus on reminding and strictly handling cases of violations of regulations on the Covid-19 prevention and control in order to maintain the results of anti-epidemic over the past time.

A part of people is subjective and neglect the epidemic

In Ben Luc district - one of the localities with a high number of Covid-19 cases due to the large concentration of workers, laborers and inns, the locality is actively taking action to reorganize and manage to raise people's awareness, not being subjective, ignoring the epidemic.

Head of the Ben Luc District Economic - Infrastructure Division - Nguyen Thanh Nam said that the district interdisciplinary delegation coordinated with the local government to actively work to restore order to the road safety corridor and handle the market at this time, business households, traders encroach on the streets and roadsides; remind and make minutes, handle administrative violations.

At the same time, the Union collaborated in propagating the Covid-19 prevention, contributing to limiting the risk of the disease spreading in the community. In the coming time, especially during the New Year and Lunar New Year, the district interdisciplinary delegation will continue to strengthen these activities to raise people's awareness, ensure Covid-19 epidemic prevention, and safely adapt to the epidemic in the "new normal".

In addition to strictly implementing the measures of the Government and the Provincial People's Committee, the roles and management responsibilities of the Party committees and local authorities need to be promoted strongly and effectively. Socio-political organizations and community Covid-19 groups must take drastic action in propagating, mobilizing and monitoring people in the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures. Above all, each citizen must always be vigilant, conscious of self-discipline, comply with regulations and guidelines for epidemic prevention and control.

Vice Chairman of Tan Tru District People's Committee Trinh Phuoc Trung said that although the epidemic situation is currently basically under control, the locality also recorded Covid-19 cases in the community, mainly workers and laborers. The district strengthens propaganda, inspects and strictly handles cases of violations of regulations on epidemic prevention and control, focusing on communication so that people are not subjective and negligent. At the same time, the district will also upgrade 187 community Covid-19 groups into a medical care team for Covid-19-infected people in the community, ready to intervene as soon as an infection is detected, taking care of F0 from the grassroots, contributing to the safe and flexible adaptation, effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Currently, although the epidemic situation is basically under control, the coverage of vaccines is increasing, but each citizen needs to be self-aware, not subjective, because the risk of disease is always present. More than ever, each citizen needs to pay attention to strictly comply with the regulations on epidemic prevention, protect themselves as well as protect their beloved ones, family and community./.
