On the occasion of the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2023), I cordially send best regards to all generations of teachers, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of Long An's Education and Training sector!
In recent times, the province's Education and Training sector has gradually overcome many difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the tasks of the school year. The school and class system is gradually planned for synchronous development, facilities and equipment continue to be invested and upgraded. The quality of comprehensive and key educations are increasingly consolidated and improved. The teachers and educational administrators continue to be focused on strengthening, training, fostering to improve their qualifications and constantly strive to perform well the task of "growing people". In 2023, 64 teachers were approved by the Council of Ministry of Education and Training and proposed to the State Council to consider awarding the title "Outstanding Teacher". This is a noble title of the State to recognize the contributions of teachers to the cause of education and training in the province.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, I acknowledge and honor the achievements of the entire sector that have been implemented and achieved in recent times, contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of the province, building Long An homeland to become more civilized, rich and beautiful.
Dear teachers, administrators, officials and workers in the Education and Training sector!
Entering the new school year 2023 - 2024, the third year of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Long An Provincial Party Congress and the fourth year of implementing the 2018 General Education Program, I recommend that all officials managers, teachers, and staff of the Education and Training sector promote the tradition of loving the profession, loving children, solidarity, joint effort, common heart, and creativity to overcome difficulties, challenges, and strive for successfully complete all assigned tasks. In addition to focusing on educating and training the young generation with good knowledge, expertise, and skills, I suggest that the Education and Training sector also pay attention to educating the spirit of patriotism, national consciousness, and sense of responsibility of students towards themselves, family, school and society.
In addition, I request all levels and sectors in the political system and hope that organizations, individuals, businesses and the whole society will continue to pay attention, coordinate and support the Education and Training sector in performing the assigned tasks.
I believe that, with the joint efforts and consensus of all teachers, officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and the entire society, the sector will steadfastly overcome all difficulties and challenges; study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; strive for the motto "Each teacher to be a moral, self-study and creative example".
