Provincial People's Committee asked to strengthen inspection and handle violations of construction order

According to the Acting Director of Long An Construction Department - Nguyen Minh Hung, the Department has sent documents to districts, towns and cities to strengthen inspection and handle violations of construction order.

Particularly, the construction of separate houses in the style of many floors, many apartments are specially paid attention because these houses are not complying with the law such as construction without permission, construction with wrong permission, construction with wrong plan, encroach on space, split apartments, raise floors voluntarily, and so on then freely buy, sell and transfer.

Before the information about the "mini apartment building" was built without meeting the legal requirements, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee sent a document to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the professional department and branch to inspect, check and handle if there is a violation.

Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Tran Van Can issued a document to direct the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the localities to inspect and handle violations according to their competence. At the same time, related responsibilities of commune and district level are considered if any violation occurs and at the end of September 2020 to report to the Provincial People's Committee./.
