The provincial major agricultural products are rice, dragon fruit, lemon, pineapple, banana, leafy vegetables of all kinds. Especially, Long An also has many enterprises and cooperatives that make many handicraft products with diversified forms and designs used as valuable objects, ornaments or gifts. Long An currently has the greatest desire to connect goods consumption with Dau Giay wholesale market and other provinces so that it helps enterprises, cooperatives and farmers produce sustainably. 

Dau Giay Market is located in Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai province, operating from the end of June 2017. This is the largest key wholesale market project for agricultural products in Dong Nai province, invested by Thong Nhat real estate joint stock company. The market size has 55 hectares, the first phase is completed and put into use with an area of 2 hectares. The remaining area is being implemented.

Up to the present time, Dau Giay market has over 200 operating shops, with an average consumption of 250 - 350 tons of products per day and night. Consumed products are mainly agricultural products, in which a part of these products comes from Long An. In the future, the market will develop other products such as pork, chicken, duck and some pre-processed and packaged products. Director of Long An Department of Industry and Trade - Le Minh Duc stressed that Long An Department of Industry and Trade will soon promote and guide enterprises and cooperatives to Dau Giay market through various forms to consume their products. This connection aims to support enterprises, cooperatives and farmers of the province to increase consumption of agricultural products, form a sustainable linking chain in production - consumption for safe agricultural products between producers and consumers in Dong Nai together with other provinces and cities in the Southeast area and nationwide regions as well.
