On June 11, 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee – Nguyen Van Ut and leaders of departments, branches and localities inspected the actual progress of key traffic projects in the districts of Ben Luc, Duc Hoa and Duc Hue.

At the inspection, the units reported on the construction progress of the projects: Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through Long An, Provincial Road 830E, 823D and 822B. Of which, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project is implementing 3 main packages, reaching more than 75% of the contract construction value, an increase of 4% compared to the inspection in April 2025; striving to complete the expressway section in October 2025, ahead of schedule.

The Provincial Road 823D project has improved construction progress, some items have achieved significant volume despite difficulties due to increased raw material prices. The Provincial Road 830E project is divided into 2 parts: The 5.5km construction part is expected to be technically open to traffic in 2025, while the site clearance part is being coordinated by sectors and localities. The Provincial Road 822B project has achieved progress in most of the bid packages, of which the Vam Co Dong bridge has reached more than 84%, but there are still problems with compensation and site clearance.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ut highly appreciated the inspection and supervision role of the Department of Construction, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and acknowledged the efforts of the construction unit, especially at the Provincial Road 823D project. He requested the relevant agencies to coordinate to remove difficulties, strengthen field inspection, control quality and speed up the progress of the projects; direct the Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committee of Ben Luc district to urgently level and organize the draw of resettlement land for the Provincial Road 830E project. The People's Committees of Duc Hoa and Duc Hue districts need to focus on accelerating the compensation and site clearance work for the Provincial Road 822B project, ensuring completion on schedule./.
