In addition, there are 56 projects, corresponding to about 40,914 hectares, approved by the Provincial People's Committee for survey and planning of residential areas and a part of industry spread across the districts of Duc Hoa, Can Giuoc, Ben Luc, Can Duoc, Thu Thua, Kien Tuong town and Tan An city.
According to the province's housing development program, in the period of 2020-2025, the total commercial housing area will account for 20 pecent of the total additional housing area and 30 pecent in the period from 2026 to 2030. Specifically, in the period of 2020 - 2025, construction investment is about 2,925,000 square meters. In the period 2026 - 2030, construction investment is about 3,850,000 square meters./.
