Conference to collect comments on draft law

For the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Judicial Assessment, the majority of delegates agreed on the scope of amendment and supplement of the draft law. The comments agreed that judicial assessment is an important task in proceeding, concluding the supervision accurately, objectively and timely. It contributes to solving the cases in the current situation promptly and legally.

At the conference, the delegates commented on the issues of judicial assessment of state audit; training judicial assessment and supplementing judicial assessment function to the Criminal Technical Assessment Division under the Supreme People's Procuracy; and so on./.
