Highest Tet bonus approximates VND300 million in Long An
The highest Tet bonus for an employee in Long An province approximates VND300 million (US$13,185) by a foreign invested firm this year.

Most businesses have tried to keep Tet bonus unchanged compared to last year in Long An province
Statistics by the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs show that so far 89 businesses with 6,052 workers have reported Tet bonuses. Their average bonus will be VND5.31 million a worker.
The highest bonus in private sector is about VND27 million.
Many businesses have not announced their Tet bonuses because of difficulties in production and trading, lack of orders and low revenue. Still most of them said that they would attempt to keep the bonuses not reduce compared to previous years./.
