11 localities basically complete the issuance of the land use right certificates for the first time

Accordingly, at present, 1,221,046 land plots are granted the land use right certificates for the first time in the whole province with an area of more than 416,022 hectares, reaching 98.1 percent of the total area that needs to be granted (423,916 hectares).

11 localities that have basically completed the issuance of the land use right certificates for the first time are Tan An city, Kien Tuong town, Can Duoc, Can Giuoc, Tan Thanh, Thanh Hoa, Ben Luc, Duc Hoa, Chau Thanh, Tan Tru and Moc Hoa districts.

The province still has 18,875 land plots that need to be granted the land use right certificates for the first time with an area of 7,894,09 hectares, accounting for 1.86 percent of the total land area that needs to be granted./.
