Long An: Policy credit capital contributes to limit black credit

In 2018, the policy credit capital contributed to helping more than 3,600 households escape poverty and repay capital in time; maintaining and creating new jobs for over 1,800 employees; building and repairing over 36,000 clean water works and toilets; it helps more than 2,400 disadvantaged pupils and students borrow money to maintain their studies, etc.

Credit capital contributes to ensuring social security, reducing poverty, especially limiting black credit. In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of policy credit capital has some limitations such as credit quality still having many potential risks; entrustment budget being still small; the mobilization of capital being not much, etc.

The provincial Social Policy Bank must advise the provincial People's Committee to direct all levels and sectors to pay attention to the effectiveness of policy credit capital, contribute to repelling the situation of high-interest loans and black credit in society./.
