This is the provincial-level historical relic marking the event of the establishment of the first Party Cell of Cho Lon province. Currently, items such as the main house of monument, cellars and statues of 7 members attending the secret meeting on March 6, 1930 have been completed.

Therefore, socialization fund to preserve and promote the value of relics is necessary. Accordingly, all levels and sectors focus on mobilizing many resources to implement. In particular, the propaganda to raise awareness of the community about the significance of conservation of monuments is promoted.
