The bridge has a width of 12 meters and a total length of 1,046 meters. The main span is structured steel dome network with a length of 63 meters. The project has a total investment of 110 billion VND.
The 5-bridge project on NH N1 (Mo Heo, T4, Kenh T2, Kenh T61 and T62 canals in Duc Hue and Thanh Hoa districts) has a total investment of 55 billion VND (excluding the contingency cost).

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Tran Van Can thanked the Central Government for special attention, especially the Ministry of Transport over the past time, implementing many practical projects and works, contributing to the completion of the infrastructure system, meeting the increasing demand for local development.
In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Transport to actively coordinate with the Ministry's units to manage, preserve and maintain the provincial transport infrastructure system to ensure smooth and safe operation. At the same time, the province also wishes that, in the coming time, the Ministry will continue to pay more attention to invest in national highways, renovate and expand national highways 62 and N2, build new Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa and Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, contributing to the province's socio-economic development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Transport - Le Dinh Tho said that the Tan An bridge and 5 bridges on NH1 route will eliminate traffic congestion, step by step complete transport infrastructure system from urban to rural areas, connect remote areas and border areas, create momentum to connect transport routes to bring goods to quickly reach the centers for processing and consumption of the province.

These works contribute to improving the efficiency, improving the transport infrastructure network, creating a premise and motivation for socio-economic development of Long An in particular and the provinces of the Southwest region in general. Especially, the new Tan An bridge will be put into operation effectively, which will create favorable conditions to solve traffic congestion on the north and south banks of the Vam Co Tay River, bringing a new appearance to the Tan An city.
