Long An to start construction and inaugurate many projects to celebrate Southern Liberation Day
On April 10th, Deputy Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut chaired the meeting to report on plans to organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major works and projects in the province to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day.
On April 10th, Deputy Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut chaired the meeting to report on plans to organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major works and projects in the province to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day.
Also attending were Member of Long An Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of People's Committee - Nguyen Minh Lam; leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.
At the meeting, delegates agreed that there will be 5 projects to start construction and inaugurate, including Provincial Road 823D (newly opened Northwest axis connecting Long An - Ho Chi Minh City); Ecological urban, trade and tourism area in Thanh Phu commune, Ben Luc District; Factory producing accessories and spare parts for the auto industry; Mai Ba Huong residential area in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc District; Tandoland Industrial Park in Luong Hoa and Tan Hoa communes, Ben Luc District.

In the exciting atmosphere of the whole country towards the celebration of the great holiday, the Government will organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies online simultaneously in all three regions. Long An province plans to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies with the whole country on April 19th, 2025.
